If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email service@orlari.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund and cover all related shipping costs.

90-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee: If your bracelet develops a manufacturing issue within 90 days of delivery that was not caused by accidental damage, misuse, improper adjustment, or normal wear, please contact us. Once verified, we will provide one free replacement and cover the shipping costs.

You can upload a photograph of a person, family member, pet or meaningful moment. For the best result, choose a clear, bright and high-resolution image with the main subject positioned near the center.
Is the bracelet adjustable?

Yes. The bracelet measures approximately 8.3 inches (21 cm) in total length and can be adjusted by removing links. An adjustment tool is included. We recommend measuring your wrist before ordering and referring to our Bracelet Size Guide for the best fit.
Will my photo fade?

Your photo is laser engraved into the stainless-steel plate rather than printed on the surface. It will not peel and is highly resistant to fading under normal wear.
