Each personalized item is made specifically for you before it ships.

• Photo Jewelry: 2–3 business days

• Engraved and Birthstone Jewelry: 1–2 business days

Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown below.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $39 or more

• Express Shipping: $29

Estimated Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

All applicable customs duties and import fees are covered by ORLARI. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after your order has entered production or been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can follow your shipment at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Damaged Packages

We take reasonable precautions to ensure your order arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at service@orlari.com within three business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
