A CLEAR PROCESS

Know what happens before you order

Personalization should feel meaningful, not uncertain. You choose the finish and photograph, use the preview to frame the image, and send it with your order. From there, the photograph is prepared for a small engraving surface before it is permanently laser engraved into the center plate.

If a photograph cannot produce a suitable result, we contact you before production rather than silently engraving an unclear image.

Four considered steps

    Choose the bracelet

    Select Gold, Black, or Silver, then choose the complimentary gift box that suits the moment.

    Upload and frame your photo

    Use a clear, well-lit image. Position the main subject inside the preview so the important part of the photograph remains visible.

  3. 03

    We prepare the image

    The photograph may be carefully cropped and adjusted for clarity so it works within the proportions of the engraving plate.

  4. 04

    Engraved, checked, and packed

    The image is laser engraved into the stainless-steel plate. The finished bracelet is inspected before it is prepared for dispatch.

PHOTO GUIDANCE

A better photograph makes a clearer keepsake

Choose

Bright, sharp images with the main person or pet near the center and easy to distinguish from the background.

Avoid

Heavy shadows, screenshots with text, distant group photos, or images where the face is very small or partly covered.

Expect

The image may be cropped to fit the plate. Very fine background details can become less prominent at engraving size.

BEFORE YOU PERSONALIZE

Helpful answers

Is the photograph printed onto the bracelet?+

No. The photograph is laser engraved into the stainless-steel center plate, so there is no printed film or surface image to peel away.

Will you crop my photo?+

We may crop and adjust the image so the main subject fits the engraving area clearly. Use the preview to place the most important part of the photograph near the center.

What if my image cannot be engraved clearly?+

If the image is unsuitable for a clear result, we will contact you before production and ask for a replacement photograph.

How long does the process take?+

Photo jewelry is normally personalized in 2–3 business days. Shipping time begins after production is complete.
