Return Policy
You can return any item purchased online for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item and receive a refund (including the original shipping cost). However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and all parts except for those already used must be kept in the original packaging.
Please note: Returned items will take 1-3 business days to process at our warehouse.

For returns, please contact us at service@orlari.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted if your return request is approved.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund, which will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
If the product is damaged due to non-human factors within 90 days of receipt, you can choose our website's exchange service, and we will replace it with a brand new product. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange it for any other item on our website. (We will cover the shipping costs; you will not need to pay for the exchange.) Once your returned item is sent, we will process and ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it properly.
Secure Delivery Guarantee
If you have not received your orlari® order, or if there are any unexpected problems with your order, please email service@orlari.com. The Secure Delivery Guarantee must be purchased at the time of ordering.

All activation fees for installment payments and installment plans are non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling Fees
After your return request is successfully submitted and approved by customer service, please return the item within five days. Please ensure the returned item is repackaged immediately upon receipt and includes all power cords, adapters, bottles, accessories, and related documents. When returning an aromatherapy diffuser or hourglass diffuser, please remove the essential oils from the diffuser before returning it to avoid damaging the internal mechanism. Trackable shipping methods are strongly recommended; orlari® is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
